- Voucher is valid from Sat 3 Jan 2026 until Sun 31 May 2026, 9am - 9pm; subject to availability.
- A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Sat - Sun; payable directly.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Online bookings only.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Concorde experience: Suitable for ages 12+. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
- All other simulators: Suitable for ages 8 and over. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Duration approx. 30 OR 60min.
- Max of 1 OR 2 people per group/activity.
- Option 1 & 2: Valid for Airbus A320, Boeing 737, Spitfire, Messerschmitt bf 109, Top Gun F-18 Fighter Jet, Bell Jet Ranger Helicopter or F-16 Fighting Falcon.
- Option 3 & 4: Valid on Concorde only.
- Option 5 & 6: Valid on Battle of Britain or Top Gun Dogfight.
- Recommended max height 6 feet 3″; max weight 20 stone (1.91m / 127 Kg).
- Flat shoes and long trousers must be worn.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
