• Voucher is valid from Thu 9 Jul until Sun 6 Sep 2026, Mon - Fri 10.30am - 3.30pm, Sat - Sun 10.30am - 12noon & 2pm - 3.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 11, 18, 22, 25 Jul, 3, 5, 8, 13, 15, 22, 28 Aug & 5 Sep 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 3 vouchers / 6 people per table.
• Main course each from the med bites and kitchen favourites sections of the menu; subject to change. Excludes soup of the day, panko breaded halloumi fries and the kids section. A supplementary charge is required for king prawn avo slice and steak ciabatta; payable directly.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available.
• Please note, menu is limited to sandwiches and salads Mon - Tue.
• Drinks option: Includes a choice of hot or soft drink. Excludes Bon Accord drinks, milkshakes, all matcha drinks, smoothies, cocktails, beers and wines.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
