• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug until Sat 31 Oct 2026; Mon & Sat 10am - 3pm & Wed-Fri 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tue & Sun.
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Massage treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. All other treatments are suitable.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• 30, 60 OR 90 min treatment package. 60 min package can be made up of 2 x 30 min or 1 x 60 min treatments. 90 min package can be made up of 3 x 30 min treatments or 1 x 30 min & 1 x 60 min treatment.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. Please note that there are no accessible facilities. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
