• Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Jan 2025 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, Mon-Tue & Thu 10am - 2pm, Wed 12noon - 5pm, Fri - Sat 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 2 week advance booking is recommended.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 1 voucher and 1 gift voucher per person.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during weeks 12-36 of pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers or those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Option 1: Approx. duration 90mins. Includes choice of 30min facial and 60min massage OR 60min facial and 30min massage.
• Option 2: Approx. duration 2hrs 30mins. Includes 5 set treatments.
• Option 3: Approx. duration 3hrs 30mins. Includes 6 set treatments.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
