• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Oct until Fri 20 Nov 2026, Thu 4pm - 8pm, Fri 12noon - 8pm, Sat 12noon - 4pm, Sun 5pm - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon - Wed. 
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table.
• Includes 2 courses from the main menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan & gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Includes choice of cocktail, 125ml glass of Prosecco or pint of draught beer each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted until 8pm.
• Not valid in the main bar, bistro or courtyard. Voucher valid for The Merchants on Sloans' first floor only.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
