Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2022 - 1 Jan 2023
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-refundable. You may be able to reschedule your booking if you contact the host 72 hours prior to arrival. Please note this is subject to availability.
• Email bookings only.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Please note that the hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a standard double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a loch view room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night or to a loch view deluxe double for £40; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2, 3 &4: Includes 3 course dinner from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options available. Dinner is served between 6pm - 9.30pm and table is required back after 2 hours. Set menu cannot be swapped with any other dishes from the á la carte. 2 and 3 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.
• A max of 2 children are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per child per night with existing bedding or £25 per child per night to upgrade to a family room; payable directly to hotel.
• Well behaved dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note hotel reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of £50 for any damage to the hotel during the stay. The hotel reserve the right to refuse any dog that they deem to be inappropriately behaved. Please discuss directly with hotel. Dogs are allowed in all of the public areas with the exception of the breakfast room.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
