Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jul until Mon 30 Nov 2026, Mon - Sat 12noon - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays, 6-7, 10-11 Jul, 1, 6-16, 21-22, 25, 28-29 Aug, 5, 8, 19, 22, 25-26 Sep, 17, 21 Nov 2026.
• Telephone bookings only.  Voucher must be booked by Mon 23 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 3 vouchers per table. 
• Afternoon tea from a set menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Prosecco option: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
