• Voucher is valid from Mon 10 Mar 2025 until Mon 30 Jun 2025, Mon - Sat, 12noon - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Sun 30 Mar 2025 is also available.
• Excludes all other Sundays. Excludes 14-15, 21-22 Mar, 17, 20, 24, 31 May, 10, 14, 24, 28 Jun 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 23 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per table.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
