• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Aug until Wed 30 Dec 2026, 7 days 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25-26 Dec 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Dec 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 1 voucher per table. 
• Includes afternoon tea from a set menu and a choice of tea or coffee each; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Gluten / wheat free options are not available.
• Drinks option: Includes a glass of fizz each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
