• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Sun 30 Aug 2026, Wed 5pm - 8pm, Thu - Fri 12noon - 2.30pm & 5pm - 8pm, Sat 12noon - 4pm, Sun 12noon - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Tue, 5 Apr, 21 Jun, 22-31 Jul & 1-5 Aug 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Aug 2026 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Valid against the a la carte menu & drinks menus. Excludes the market menu & tasting menu. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available. Please advise at time of booking. 
• Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given. 
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
