• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jul until Sun 16 Nov 2025; subject to availability.
• Option 1: Valid Mon - Sat 8am - 11:30am, Sun 9am-11:30am.
• Option 2: Valid Mon - Sat 11am - 11:30am. Excludes Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Includes a brunch dish each; menu subject to change. 
• Excludes filled rolls.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Option 1: Includes a hot drink each. Excludes Baileys hot chocolate.
• Option 2: Includes a cocktail each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Tables are required back within 90 mins.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
