- One person options: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sep until Thu 31 Dec 2026, Mon - Wed 10am - 6pm & Thu 6pm - 9pm; subject to availability. Friday & Saturday appointments available on request for a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly. Excludes Sundays & 24-26 Dec 2026.
- Two person options: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sep until Wed 30 Dec 2026, Tue - Wed 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Thu - Mon.
- Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Dec 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

- Two person option only: Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; max of 2 per group. Available on Tue & Wed only; subject to availability. Early bookings recommended.
- Facial is suitable during any stage of pregnancy; massage is suitable after 12 weeks and can be adapted to suit your needs.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with venue.
- 60 min package: Treatment duration: approx. 60min (60min massage OR 60min facial OR 30min massage and 30min facial) including consultation time.
- 60 min package: Treatment duration: approx. 90min (90min full body massage OR 60min massage and 30min facial OR 60min facial and 30min massage) including consultation time.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

The Retreat Glasgow has a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you arrive. I opted for the back massage and full facial. The massage was firm as I had requested, and the facial so relaxing that I fell asleep. I left relaxed but rejuvenated!
