• Voucher is valid from Tue 7 Oct 2025 until Thu 30 Apr 2026, Tue - Sat 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun- Mon, 25-29 Dec 2025 & 1-2 Jan 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• WhatsApp or Email bookings only. 
• Please arrive no earlier than 10mins prior to your booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Facial is suitable during any stage of pregnancy; massage and body treatments are suitable after 12 weeks and can be adapted to suit your needs.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with venue. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 60min (60min massage OR 60min facial OR 30min massage and 30min facial) including consultation time.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 90min (60min massage and 30min facial OR 60min facial and 30min massage OR 90min body treatment) including consultation time.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Limited wheelchair access available; please note the main entrance has two steps.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
