• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jul until Wed 30 Sep 2026, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance bookings must be made by Wed 16 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings. In person bookings and walk-ins also accepted; subject to availability. Advance booking strongly recommended. 
• Once booked, voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Child tickets are valid for ages 0-17yrs.
• Valid for one (1) standard cinema ticket. Full cinema listings available online.
• Valid for standard film screenings only; excludes special screenings, premium formats, live broadcasts, private hires, ticketed events and special events.
• Valid for standard seating only; excludes premium seating areas and any enhanced or experience-based seating formats.
• Voucher cannot be used for packages that include food, drink or any other bundled offering. Any upgrades must be paid directly where permitted.
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount, including but not limited to: Meerkat Movies, membership discounts, third-party promotions or voucher schemes.
• All bookings are subject to film availability and capacity. The cinema reserves the right to restrict or refuse redemption for certain screenings at its discretion.
• The cinema reserves the right to amend screening schedules, substitute films where necessary and refuse admission in line with standard ticketing procedures.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking not required but is strongly recommended. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
