• Voucher is valid from Wed 20 Mar 2024 until Sun 30 Jun 2024, 7 days 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 29 Mar - 4 Apr and 7-17 Jun 2024.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Fri, Sat & Sun visits; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked at least 5 days in advance and by Tue 16 Jul 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• 16+ only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability. Please note there is only one couples room available.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Cancer sufferers/those in remission will require GP consent. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 1 hour.
• Includes 1 hour of access to the facilities. Please arrive 1 hour prior to your treatment start time to use these. If you do not wish to use the facilities please arrive 30 mins prior to your treatment time.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
