• Oct - Dec: Voucher is valid until Sun 28 Dec 2025, Sat - Sun 11am - 3:30pm; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Dec 2025.
• Jan - Mar: Voucher is valid from Sat 3 Jan 2026 until Sun 29 Mar 2026, Sat - Sun 11am - 3:30pm; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2026.
• Limited Mon - Fri sessions may be available at booking; however these are not guaranteed. 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 6+. All participants under 16 must have on-site supervision from a responsible adult (18+) at all times.
• Duration approx. 15mins. 
• Max of 3 children or 2 adults per session. 
• Max weight: 120kg. 
• If you have suffered a concussion in the past 8 weeks or are pregnant, you are not permitted to participate; any other medical condition or disability must be declared before participating.
• You must always wear a buoyancy aid or impact vest and a helmet; wetsuits must be worn unless advised otherwise by our instructors.
• Weather dependent.
• Meeting point: The Wake Yard, 57 North Canal Bank Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G4 9XP. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
