• Voucher is valid from 11th May until 31st July 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• £10 supplement per room for Sat night stays. 
• Vouchers must be booked by 10th July 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Voucher excludes 16th May, 21st June, 4th, 10th and 11th July 2015. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Sorry, pets are not permitted. 
• Children permitted; under 12's are additional £15 per child, per night including breakfast. Under 2's can stay free of charge. Max of 2 children per room; subject to availability. 
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am. 
• Free onsite parking available. 
• Deluxe double or twin room available. Members can upgrade to a suite, please discuss with The Waterside Hotel at time of booking. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays and stays may also be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with The Waterside Hotel at time of booking. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm the day before your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
