• Voucher is valid from Mon 25 Nov 2024 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, Fri - Sun, 12noon  - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon - Thu.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Mon 24 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only.  You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Afternoon tea set menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Children permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
