Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 25 Jul until Sun 15 Nov 2026, Mon - Thu 12noon - 3pm, Fri - Sun 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Telephone bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 2 vouchers per table. 
• Includes 2 courses each (main and dessert) and a side of rice and Kallappam or Kerala parotta to share from a set menu; subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
