Introductory Flight Simulator Experience
- The perfect introduction to light aircraft
- You'll learn the basic controls in a safe environment and practice with unique settings including different weather and technical issues
- Feel like you’re flying a real plane and experience challenges pilots face every day
Trial flying lesson
- Put your newly learned skills into practice with a flight over Scotland
- Begin with a safety briefing from your CAA approved flight instructor and familiarise yourself with the aircraft
- Onboard, your instructor will complete pre-flight checks, start the plane, taxi to the runway and take off
- Once the plane reaches 3000ft, take the controls and put it through manoeuvres such as cruising, climbing and banking

- Voucher is valid from Mon 30 Jun until Tue 30 Sep 2025, 7 days 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
- A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Saturday & Sunday bookings; payable directly.
- Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- FAA approved introductory simulator experience which is a desktop procedural trainer. Simulator experience takes place at Glasgow International Airport.
- Trial flying lesson with a CAA approved flight instructor in a light aircraft. Trial flying lesson takes place at choice of Cumbernauld Airport or Glasgow International Airport.
- Simulator duration: approx. 30mins.
- Trial flying lesson duration: approx. 40mins.
- Multiple vouchers permitted.
- Suitable for ages 14+; under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
- Max of 1 person per experience.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
