• Voucher is valid from Sun 14 Jun until Mon 31 Aug 2026; Sun - Thu 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Lunch served 12noon - 2pm.
• Excludes Fri - Sat bookings.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy. Facial treatment is suitable during pregnancy.
• All treatments are suitable during breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• 1 person option: Treatment duration: approx. 30mins. Upgrade to a 60 minute treatment for a supplementary charge of £20; payable direct.
• 2 person options: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Includes a 2 course (main and dessert) lunch; menu subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Overnight option: Includes a stay in a classic double or twin room with breakfast. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10:30am. Upgrade to a superior room for £20; payable direct. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
