- Voucher is valid from Mon 8 Sep until Sun 30 Nov 2025, 7 days; subject to availability.
- Excludes Wednesdays at 6:30pm, Saturdays at 9am and Sundays at 9am.
- Please check timetable for available class times here. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before the class.
- Pre-registration required in advance of your first class. All classes must be booked in advance.
- Option 1: First class must be taken by Mon 10 Nov 2025 to benefit from 20 free days.
- Option 2: First class must be taken by Fri 31 Oct 2025 to benefit from 30 free days.
- Duration: approx. 60 - 90 mins depending on class.
- Max of 50 people per class.

- Multiple purchases permitted; max 1 per person.
- Suitable for over 16s only.
- A mat, towel and bottle of water is required for every class. Mat hire is available for £2 and towel hire is available for £2; payable directly to Hot Yoga Glasgow.
- Light fabrics are recommended.
- Valid for 20 or 30 consecutive days from the first class taken; unlimited classes can be attended during this period.
- Suitable for all levels of fitness. For vinyasa, it is recommended to wait until you are used to the yoga environment.
- Please discuss any medical concerns with your doctor and inform teacher before class.
- Not suitable for those who are pregnant unless practising before pregnancy and past first trimester.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
