Small print

• Voucher is valid from 10th July until 17th Sept 2015, 7 days lunch from 12noon, dinner from 5pm; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 28th Aug 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Lunch tables are required back by 4.30pm. Last booking for dinner is 8.30pm. 
• One voucher can be used per booking. Up to an additional 10 people can be added onto the table for an extra £29 per person, please discuss with Urban Bar & Brasserie at time of booking. 
• Vegetarian alternatives available. 
• 125ml glass of Prosecco can be substituted for one soft drink and half bottle of house red or white wine can be substituted for 6 soft drinks.
• Sorry, not wheelchair accessible. 
• Children permitted until 10pm.
• If private dining room is already booked, members can alternatively use the main restaurant; Sun-Thurs, subject to availability. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
