• Voucher is valid from Mon 27 Oct 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026; subject to availability. 
• Oct-Nov: Valid Tue - Sun 10am - 4pm. Excludes Mondays.
• Dec-Mar: Valid Tue - Sat 10am - 4pm. Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Available at Aberdeen venue only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 7+. Under 16s require permission from a parent or guardian.
• Duration approx. 30mins.
• Max of 4 people per session. 
• Option 1: Includes a sterling silver bracelet.
• Option 2: Includes a gold filled bracelet.
• Charms are available for a supplementary charge; payable directly.
• Your chosen piece of jewellery will permanently stay on your wrist; you can return to the studio to have it cut or use a pair of sharp scissors. 
• Customers must inform the venue of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the appointment.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
