• Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Jan 2026 until Thu 28 May 2026, Mon - Thu at 8.30am only; availability is subject to the brewery’s production plan.
• Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 18+. 
• Duration approx. 7hrs 30mins.
• Max of 4 people per group. Groups of  less than 4 people may be combined.
• Please wear practical clothing and flat shoes.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
