• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jul until Mon 30 Nov 2026, Sun - Thu 5pm - 8pm, Fri - Sat 5pm - 8.30pm; subject to availability.
• Availability is limited on Fri & Sat evenings.
• Online bookings only. Walk-ins are not accepted. Voucher must be booked by Mon 23 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Max 1 voucher per table; table required back after 2hrs.
• Valid on evening food & drink menus; subject to change. Excludes fillet steak.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Voucher must be used in full; no change will be given.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service charge will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at check-out.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
