• Voucher is valid from Sat 10 May until Sun 7 Sep 2025, Sat & Sun at 9:30am; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Fri and 30 Jun - 8 Aug 2025. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 10+. 
• Duration approx. 2hrs 30mins.
• Max of 12 people per session.
• Participants must have a moderate level of fitness and must be fully mobile.
• Please bring a swimming costume, towel, full change of clothes and shoes that can get wet.
• Meeting point: Activity Hub behind West End Outdoors, 190 Milngavie Road, Bearsden, G61 3DX. Transport will be provided to Abies Loch for session, approx. 10 min drive.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
