• Midweek options: Voucher is valid from Wed 22 Apr until Thu 30 Jul 2026, Mon - Thu 10am - 6pm. Excludes Fri - Sun. 
• Weekend options: Voucher is valid from Fri 5 Jun until Fri 31 Jul 2026, Fri - Sun 10am - 6pm. Excludes Mon - Thu. 
• All options are subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Jul 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Over 16s only. Some treatments are not available for under 18s; please check when making your booking.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25 min.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 4 hours leisure access and robe hire.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
