• Voucher is valid until Sat 30 Sep 2023, Mon - Sat 10am - 6pm and Sun 2pm - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 23-25 Sep 2023.
• A supplementary charge of £20pp is required for Fri - Sun visits; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Sep 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission and those past the first 14 weeks of pregnancy. Suitable oils can be used for those breastfeeding. No deep pressure massage, detox treatments or hot stones are available during any stage of pregnancy.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 50 min treatment. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 1 hour leisure access.
• Includes 3 courses from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten/wheat free options available; please discuss direct.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
