Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Nov 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Mon - Fri 12noon - 7pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun, 24-26, 31 Dec 2025 & 1 Jan 2026.
• Voucher must be booked at least 12 hours in advance and by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 3 vouchers per booking. 
• Includes a 90 minute pasta masterclass each with up to 5 plates of pasta, pasta crisps and a soft drink; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 1hr 30 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
