• Advance booking is not required. 
• Multiple purchases are not permitted. 
• Duration: approx. 11hrs 30mins. Doors open at 10.30am; first band on at 11am; event ends at 10pm.
• Standing event. Camping chairs permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Under 11s go free; max of 2 free under 11s per adult. 
• Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Line-up is subject to change.  
• Wheelchair access available with a wheelchair entry point and accessible toilets. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking / ticket collection not required  
• You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled. 
• Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
