- Adult ticket valid for ages 16+. Child ticket valid for ages 3-15. Children under 3 go free and do not require a ticket.

Booked this as was advertised “Santas grotto” and have a 20 month old child. We were ushered in to part of a function hall which had the front of a cottage in it. 2 amateur elves came out and then Santa and he spoke yo the children . Wasn’t a great experience and child received a very poor soft toy
