• Advance booking is not required. 
• Multiple purchases permitted. 
• First entry 4pm. Last entry 8pm. Zoo closes at 9pm. Daytime zoo entry is not included. Please note that some animal houses will close earlier in the evening.
• Suitable for all ages. All attendees require a ticket; under 0-2 yrs are free of charge; 3 - 15 years are classed as children.
• Adult and child tickets include 2 scoops of ice cream; redeemable from Rockhopper Ice Cream Kiosk. Any additional scoops, toppings and sauces charged separately (card payment only).
• All infants and children must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• Pets are not permitted.
• Wheelchair access available. Wheelchairs are available for hire on arrival; subject to availability. Mobility scooters are also permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
• Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
