- Advance booking at least 48 hours in advance of your chosen date is essential. Seat reservation will close after this time and failure to book may result in your voucher being forfeited.
- Multiple purchases permitted. One itison ticket can be processed per order only.
- You will receive an e-ticket from Ticketmaster which must be shown on your phone on arrival for entry.
- Duration: approx. 2.5 hrs.
- Seating is reserved and cannot be changed once allocated.
- Seating is only guaranteed for reservations processed during the same booking. Orders processed separately will not be seated together.
- Suitable for all ages. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
- No wheelchair access available.

I thought we were off to see a Cirque show( and honestly they seem to advertise as Cirque de soleil , which is why I and others went along, so false advertising ) It was also a sub par version of what the clips online show as lots of the things shown were not performed . I was left thoroughly disappointed. The level of cirque performance was well below what I expected and I felt my daughter and her dance frionds could have performed better.
As a panto it was below average that I would see in a local theatre, the performers tried their best, but there was no atmosphere in the arena at all ( as most people probably felt the same as I did) . There was good audience interaction with castembers on the floor with audience so this was a good part. Overall performance was well below what I expected, and; am so glad I got discounted tickets as I was upset enough at what I paid let alone full price. -
