Fisherman's Friends
- For more than thirty years, Fisherman's Friends have been performing traditional Cornish music together
- Starting out singing on the harbour, their career has taken them from pub doorways to Glastonbury, the Royal Albert Hall, two hit feature films, a stage musical and international tours
- They sing work songs, sea shanties and maritime ballads delivered with humour, heart and a deep sense of community
- Despite their success, the band still live and work in Cornwall as fishermen, tradesmen, shopkeepers and engineers
- They'll perform at the Bandstand accompanied by musicians on guitars, mandolins, banjos, and more, bringing over 200 years of seafaring song tradition to the stage
- You can expect powerful harmonies, tall tales, a few laughs and a celebration of music made to be sung together
