Small print
- Advance booking is not required.
- Multiple purchases permitted.
- Valid for your specified time slot only; time on the ice starts at the time on the ticket (on the hour).
- Family ticket valid for 2 over 1.4m and 2 under 1.4m.
- Arrive 15-30 mins before your session start time to get your skates on. Present your ticket at the Ice Skating ticket office; there may be a short wait during particularly busy periods.
- Suitable for all ages; under 12s must have an accompanying adult present on the ice or rink-side. Children permitted on the ice without an adult if they are able to skate, and at the adult’s discretion and own risk.
- Duration is approx. 45 mins on the ice and will be reduced for late arrivals; readmission is not permitted once you leave the ice.
- Skate hire included. Small bags permitted on the ice only; large bags must be left in the skate-change area at your own risk.
- A disabled person purchasing a ticket may bring one carer free of charge. To arrange a carer ticket please contact: info@mneventsltd.com
- Ice skating is a sport with inherent risks, skating is at your own risk.
- For safety reasons, the WinterFest team reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone believed to be intoxicated.
- WinterFest is outdoors and partially exposed; please dress accordingly.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking / ticket collection required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
- Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.

Far too busy and holes in the ice

Started off great as we were near the start of the queue so one of the first on the ice. After about 15 mins when everyone was in though it was far too busy. So many people on the ice that the ice was actually cracking. There were numerous cracks and about 4 or 5 large, deep crevices that if you couldn’t avoid (because of the amount of people) would catch your skate and you were down. We did still have a good time and the atmosphere was friendly and festive it would just have been nicer if they hadn’t crammed so many people in to one session.

Although we were looking forward to some Christmas cheer we certainly didn’t get it here , it definitely didn’t live up to expectations , we had to stand in such a long queue then there were far too many people in the ice rink at the one time no room to move l feel it was a total waste of money and an experience l will not repeat l definitely would not recommend
