• Advance booking is not required. 
• Multiple purchases permitted. 
• Suitable for all ages. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
• Includes a Hot Chocolate Royale.
• Skating session lasts approx 45 mins. Please arrive early to allow time to enter the venue, redeem your ticket and get your skates.
• Ice skates will be provided. Clip on skating blades for smaller feet will be available.
• Skating aids are available to hire on arrival subject to availability for a supplementary cost; payable directly.
• Please remember to wrap up warm and be mindful of other skaters.
• Wheelchair access is available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.

• You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
