• Advance booking is not required.
• Multiple purchases permitted. 
• Session duration: approx. 45 mins. Sessions start on the hour; please arrive early to allow yourself plenty of time to prepare.
• Suitable for all ages. Under 8s should be accompanied on the ice by an adult ages 16+ at all times. Under 12s must have a parent or guardian aged 18+ present within the skate centre during the skating session.
• Warm clothing recommended.
• Includes skates or skate clips depending on foot size.
• Includes a hot chocolate royale. When redeeming your booking you will be issued a voucher to be redeemed at the churros unit.
• A selection of skating aids available for a supplementary charge from £3; payable directly, subject to availability.
• Wheelchair access available subject to availability; please discuss directly.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking / ticket collection not required  
• You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled. 
• Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
