• Advance telephone booking required. Please book at least 4 weeks in advance of your chosen date (we don’t want you to miss out!). Please note that your room is not confirmed until booked.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Duration approx. 4 hrs. Drinks reception starts at 7pm followed by dinner at 7.30pm.
• Please discuss any seating requests directly with hotel when booking.
• Over 18s only.
• Includes an overnight stay after the event with breakfast.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10:30am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Includes a 2 course meal each from a set menu. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Includes a glass of fizz on arrival; subject to change. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• No pets permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.
• Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
• Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
