• Advance booking is not required.
• Multiple purchases permitted. 
• Opening times: 19 Dec, 4pm - 9pm; 20-23 Dec 12noon - 9pm, 24 Dec 12noon – 8:30pm, 26 Dec, 12noon - 9pm; 1 Jan 12noon – 9pm, 5-9 Jan, 4pm - 9pm. Please note tickets can only be used on the date booked.
• Suitable for all ages. Children under 3 go free. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over at all times.
• Each ticket includes 10 vouchers. Additional vouchers can be purchased on the day; payable direct. Vouchers cannot be used again on another day.
• One voucher per ride. Some exceptions may apply. All rides operate with a height restriction for safety purposes; find out more here.- https://www.irn-bru-carnival.com/visiting/height-guide
• One voucher per stall except Hook-A-Duck (with prize), Dodgems per car (for 2 people) take 2 vouchers; please note some stalls only accept cash.
• Three vouchers per child for 40mins inflatable play; suitable for children up to age 12. Maximum height 1.5m.
• The Extreme Ice Blast, located outside the SEC, is 1 voucher plus £3.
• Wheelchair access available. Please note that some areas and rides may not be accessible. 
• An Autism Friendly session will run Mon 5 Jan.

• Advanced booking / ticket collection not required
• You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
• Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
