- Advance booking required at least 1 week prior to event date. Rooms are not confirmed until booked directly with hotel.

- Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
- Event begins at 7:30pm. Dinner at 8pm. Event finishes at 1am.
- Executive double or twin room available. Executive twin rooms are limited; please book well in advance.
- Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
- Includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change.
- No children or pets permitted.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
