- Aiming to explore attitudes of mindfulness, try different meditations and take part in mindful activities
- Perfect to reduce anxiety, strengthen the immune system and boost creativity!

- Duration: Fri - Mon. Check-in from 4pm on Fri 25 Apr 2025. Check out by 10am on Mon 28 Apr 2025.

- Max of 10 people on the retreat.
- Stay in a shared twin room at Madeira in Fife.
- Yoga equipment provided, but you may choose to bring your own.
- Brunch and an evening meal provided each day. Snacks and drinks also provided. Dietary requirements can be catered for; please discuss directly before the retreat.
- No wheelchair access available.
