Questions and answers

I have itison credit to use and was going to buy 3 vouchers for me to go with friends as there are 6 of us. I notice it says max 2 vouchers per table but I am looking for 3rd July so I think by then more are allowed inside to be together. I have tried phoning the hotel and they are closed until next week. Do you think this would be okay and we would be happy with a table of 4 and a table of 2 next to each other if they would prefer that?
If I buy the vouchers then the hotel can't do that, can I get a full refund?

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm a max of 2 vouchers are permitted per table, and I can't guarantee this will change once government guidelines are updated.

We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase, so I'd recommend buying 2 vouchers to cover 4 members of your group.

Voucher is valid from Thu 3 Jun 2021 until Sun 29 Aug 2021, Thu - Sun 12.30pm - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Mon - Wed.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table; dependent on government guidelines at time of dining.

Afternoon tea only. Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each.

Option 3: Includes a bottle of fizz to share.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
