It would be at the discretion of the Marine Troon Hotel to accept your voucher on a mobile device, you're welcome to discuss this with them directly and they'll be happy to advise.

Hi there,

Seems like deals for 2 are sold out yet advert still says from £19. Surely this should be updated. I’ve just told my wee 84yr old mum I’d treat her (part of her birthday), showed her where we would be going and now unable to make the purchase. Sold out info is only apparent when you get to the purchase stage.

I’m now going to have to disappointment Mum and find an alternative which she’ll be gutted about.

Is there anything can be done please? Mum is in a care home and looks forward to days like this and I have no one else who could join us to make it a day for 4.

Afternoon tea for two or four with use of the leisure facilities

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jul 2019 until Mon 30 Sept 2019, 7 days, afternoon tea 12noon - 3:30pm, leisure access, 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 20 & 26 Jul 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Sept 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max 4 vouchers or 8 people per table.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes access to leisure facilities for over 16s only: pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym.

For most relaxing day please check with staff the class timetable for any swimming lessons/classes that may be on during the day.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted for afternoon tea.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
