What does “Voucher is valid from 7April until 6May 2019, valid for 7 days” mean ? If I buy Voucher now, can I make a booking for any date up to 6 May. Do I have to make the booking within 7 days of purchase?

I'm really sorry for any confusion caused, but I can confirm vouchers are valid 7 days a week until their expiry date; subject to availability.

What to expect

1 or 2 night stay for two in a deluxe room including breakfast and full use of the facilities

One night stay: Voucher is valid from Sun 7 Apr 2019 until Tue 7 May 2019; valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Two night stay: Voucher is valid from Sun 7 Apr 2019 until Mon 6 May 2019; valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 8 Apr & 4 May 2019.

A supplementary charge of £35 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 30 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Voucher cannot be cancelled once booked with hotel; date changes are permitted at a £25 admin fee per date change; payable directly to hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in from 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Double, queen or twin deluxe non-ocean view room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Credit card details will be taken at time of booking in place of a security deposit; please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.

Guests will receive a 20% discount on food in the Duel in the Sun restaurant during stay if pre-booked.

Includes use of the leisure facilities and a 25% discount on spa treatments (excluding packages) during stay if pre-booked.

Max of 1 child permitted; under 3's go free; ages 3-12 years will require a £40 supplementary charge which includes all meals from the kids menu when eating with adults; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel at time of booking.

Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
