What to expect

A two hour, four course Indian banquet for one including:
-Cookery demo
-Thali banquet to eat
-An introduction to Indian cooking
-Tasting
-Q&A
-A soft drink

Thali Meal (subject to change) – 4 courses on a tray:

-Popadums spiced onions
-Vegetable pakora & chutney
-Chicken bhoona
-Tarka daal
-Raita bhoondi (yogurt with dumplings)
-Indian salad
-Pilau rice
-1x soft drink of choice

Voucher is valid from 13th Jan until 31st Mar 2014, Mon-Thurs; subject to availability.

Various class times available (daytime and evening) - please enquire with Ashoka Cook School directly to discuss.

Demo must be booked by 14th Mar; or risk forfeiting your voucher.

Please note that is a demo, members will not be cooking the dishes themselves.

Valid for 14 yrs old plus.

Upgrade to a Bhoona Master Class (cooking rather than demonstration) for a supplement of £21 – payable to Ashoka Cook School.

Max number per class: 16.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your demonstration.

Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
