  • Please note a PPE pack must be purchased on arrival for a supplementary charge of £5; payable directly to the salon.

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sept 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021, valid Mon 9.30am – 4.30pm, Tue – Wed 9.30am – 5.30pm, Thur 9.30am – 6.30pm, Fri 9am – 5pm, Sat 9am – 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sundays, 23 Nov - 27 Dec 2020 and 1 - 31 Jan 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

Please note a PPE pack must be purchased on arrival for a supplementary charge of £5; payable directly to the salon. Packs include mask, gown, gloves, towel and bottle of water per person.

Not valid for any existing pre-booked appointments or with any existing loyalty offers.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Options 3, 4 & 5: Over 16s only.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please note for Balayage, freehand colour or highlight options: hair past shoulder length may be subject to an extra charge; please discuss with salon at time of booking or consultation.

Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins.

Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 1 hr.

Option 3 - 4: Treatment duration: approx. 3 hrs.

Option 5: Treatment duration: approx. 3 hrs 30 mins.

Colour options require a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours prior to treatment; please discuss directly with salon.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
