What to expect

Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Sep 2020 until Sun 8 Nov 2020, Sun - Tue 10am - 5.30pm, Wed & Sat 9am - 5.30pm and Thur - Fri 9am - 8.30pm; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Sun 1 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Members must be 18+ to receive the complimentary glass of fizz.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Option 1 treatment duration: approx 45 minutes. Treatment lasts up to 5 days depending on lifestyle and maintenance.

Option 2 treatment duration: approx. 1 hour. Blowdry lasts up to 5 days and cut will vary depending on lifestyle and maintenance.

Option 3 treatment duration: approx 1 hour - 3 hours. Treatment lasts from 4 weeks up to several months depending on lifestyle and maintenance.

Option 4 treatment duration: approx. 1 -2 hours. Treatment lasts from 6 weeks up to several months depending on lifestyle and maintenance.

For colour treatments a patch test is required 48 hours in advance; please discuss directly with the salon.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
