Hi Joyce,

Thanks for getting in touch!

You'll be given the option to gift your voucher after purchase.

Alternatively, you can gift it from your account on our website. To view your order, just head to itison.com/my/complete_orders/

Select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

Our vouchers are for two people only but, if it helps at all, you can buy multiple vouchers and two vouchers can be used at the same time to cover a table of 4 people.

Voucher is valid from Mon 8 Nov 2021 - Thu 9 Dec 2021, Mon - Thur 12noon - 8pm and Sun 12noon - 4.30pm;  subject to availability.

Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 25 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Valid Jan - Mar 2022

Voucher is valid from Thu 6 Jan 2022 until Wed 30 Mar 2022, Mon - Thur 12noon - 8pm, Fri 12noon - 4.30pm and Sun 12noon - 4.30pm;  subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

General

Please book well in advance to secure a specific date.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers per group. Government guidelines on table sizes must be adhered to.

Includes a raclette or fondue with crusty bread plus your choice of meat, vegetable or surf & turf sharing board.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

No gluten / wheat free options available.

Includes a bottle of wine to share - La Chouffe or house white/red/rose; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 2hrs.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted until 10pm.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
