How can you sell this even when I bought it before lockdown and didn’t use I have sent loads of emails asking what will happen to my voucher and I have just been ignored absolute disgrace

Hi I have just bought this voucher for the Brisbane House hotel for the afternoon tea for 4 mid week deal. I phoned to book but have been told I cannot book a place until August reading the small it tells me I can book from April till 20th September. So thus now giving us a much lesser time to use said voucher

We know things are a wee bit uncertain at the moment, so if you can't use your voucher due to Covid-19, we'll be happy to issue an itison credit valid for 12 months.

I can confirm a glass of fizz here refers to a glass of sparkling wine, but alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink if you'd prefer.

Weekday options: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, Mon - Fri 2pm - 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sat - Sun.

Saturday options: Voucher is valid from Sat 4 Apr 2020 until Sat 26 Sep 2020, Sat 2pm - 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Fri.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers per table.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Options 1, 2 & 5: Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each.

Options 3 & 4: Includes a bottle of fizz to share.

Option 6: Includes 2 bottles of fizz to share.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
